These terms apply when you use roomesque.com ("Roomesque", "we", "us"), which is run by App Business Ventures LLC. By placing an order or starting a plan you agree to them.

What we sell

AI-edited real-estate and interior images. You upload a photo, a sketch or a 3D screenshot and choose what you need (for example virtual staging, furniture removal, day to dusk or a render in a style), and we deliver edited images made from it. The images are made with artificial intelligence (AI), so results vary: two orders with the same photo and choices can come out differently. You see a free preview before you pay for a single photo, a listing pack or a render.

Photo edit: Photo edits: virtual staging, furniture removal, declutter, day to dusk, lawn and sky fixes and renovation previews of a photo you upload. Each order includes 4 options per photo and 2 free re-draws.

Listing pack: Listing pack: the same photo edits for up to 10 photos in one order, 4 options per photo and 2 free re-draws.

Sketch to render: Renders: photoreal images made from a sketch, a 3D screenshot or a room photo you upload, 4 options per order and 2 free re-draws.

Roomesque plans: Plans: monthly or yearly subscriptions that add credits each billing period (1 credit = 1 image); orders use 4 credits per photo.

Your photos

• You must be at least 18 years old to order.
• Only upload photos, drawings and screenshots you own or have permission to edit and publish. You confirm this with every order.
• We don't edit photos that show people: we refuse them automatically, before any work starts. We also refuse sexual, violent or illegal content.
• You keep any rights you have in what you upload. You give us permission to use it only to make, deliver and support your order. We never use it to train AI or as an example.

What you get and how you may use it

When you've paid, you may use the images you receive for any lawful purpose, commercial or personal, including real-estate listings, MLS and portal uploads, ads, brochures, social media and presentations to your clients, without a time limit. We don't claim that AI-made images can be registered for copyright.

Disclosure is your responsibility. Many MLSs, brokers and laws (for example California's AB 723) require you to say that a listing photo is virtually staged or digitally altered and to show the original. We give you a labelled copy of each listing option and your original to make that easy, but we can't tell you which rules apply to you. Don't use an edited image to hide a defect of a property or to mislead buyers.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promo codes can't be combined unless stated.

Plans and credits

Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel in your account. Each billing period adds the plan's credits; one credit is one finished image and each photo you upload uses 4 credits (4 options). Unused credits end with the period. You can cancel any time; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Delivery

Images are delivered on your order page and by email, usually within minutes. Keep the link to your order page: anyone with it can open your order. Downloads stay available for 30 days; after that the files are deleted, so save what you need. If something goes wrong on our side and we can't deliver, we refund you in full.

Re-draws and refunds

Every order includes 2 free re-draws. See our refund policy for when you get your money back.

Limits

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a listing that sells later or for less. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: support@roomesque.com.
