Refund Policy

Every image is made for you from your own photo, so here is exactly when you get your money back.

If we can't deliver: when something fails on our side and your order isn't delivered, we refund you in full, automatically.

Not happy with an option? Every order comes with 2 free re-draws (4 new options for each photo you pick) on your order page.

Single photos, listing packs and renders: if the re-draws still don't give you an image you can use, write to support@roomesque.com within 14 days of your order with your order number and we refund that order in full.

Plans: cancel any time from your account; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 40 credits, we refund that payment in full. A plan order that fails on our side gets its credits back automatically. Unused credits end with each billing period and aren't refundable after the first 7 days.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.
