What is a credit?
One finished image. Every photo you upload gets 4 options, so it uses 4 credits; free re-draws don't use any.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each period's credits end with it (yearly plans get the whole year's credits at once).
Can I get a refund?
If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 40 credits, we refund it in full.
Which services are included?
All of them: virtual staging, furniture removal, declutter, day to dusk, lawn and sky, renovation previews and sketch-to-render.
Is there a team plan?
Studio and Business are made for teams and brokerages; share one sign-in email for now.
Credits are added each billing period and end with it. Images are made by AI from your photos; disclose virtually staged or altered photos wherever your MLS, broker or local law requires it.
