Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-16

This policy explains what Roomesque (App Business Ventures LLC) collects when you use roomesque.com, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Your photos and choices: the photos, drawings or screenshots you upload and what you pick in the order form (service, room type, style).
• Contact details: your email address, so we can send your order, sign-in links and support replies. We don't send newsletters.
• Payment: Stripe processes your payment. We receive the amount, the last 4 digits of the card and the country, never the full card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the page that sent you to us (including ad campaign tags), used to prevent fraud and abuse and to measure which ads work.

Photo files can carry location data (EXIF GPS). We don't read it and the images we deliver don't carry it.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, to support you, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to measure our own marketing. We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never use them as examples. The examples on this site are public-domain photos.

Who processes it

• Our own servers and storage, in the United States.
• Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery).
• Your photos are edited by AI on our own servers first. When they are busy, the photo goes to Runware, an AI provider that edits it for us under contract, doesn't keep it and may not use it for anything else.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of upload, whether or not you order.
• Free previews you don't pay for are deleted after 7 days.
• Delivered images (and the copy of your original that comes with them) are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
• You can ask us to delete your order and data sooner: email support@roomesque.com from the address you ordered with.

Cookies

We use a few first-party cookies to keep your order form, keep you signed in to a plan, count visits and remember which ad or link brought you here (for example utm and fbclid tags). We don't use advertising cookies at the moment.

Children

Our site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data about children, and we refuse photos that show people.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or California law). Email support@roomesque.com. We answer within 30 days.
